I work 1:1 with individuals like you, using yoga therapy and mindfulness practices to help reduce pain, manage stress, improve sleep, and feel more ease in your body/mind. We do this from the convenience of your own home virtually via telehealth (using zoom).

Through an intake form and initial assessment, we address relevant aspects of your life - body, mind, and spirit - to assess where you are at now and define where you want to go. Working with your strengths and limitations we put together a self-care plan that empowers you to move forward in life with more confidence and ease.
Yoga Therapy Follow-up sessions help you determine what’s working for you in your practice, what needs to be taken out, and if any additional practices should be included. The follow-up session acknowledges progress, includes body awareness, re-defines goals if necessary, and determines the plan for the future. You are the most important component of this plan.
Guided Meditation for deep relaxation.
Use movement and flow to lengthen and strengthen your mind/body. Enjoy some time for yourself. Begin or advance your yoga practice adapting to your own body and mind. We will be using the breath for transitions from pose to pose. Appreciate working from your own home. This is a good way to ask friends and family to virtually practice with you. Slow flow is a nice way to add movement, flexibility, and range of motion to your life.
You will need a space to work. If you don't have yoga props (blocks, strap) bring them (you don't have to have props, or you can find things around the house that would work like a sturdy shoebox or a bathrobe belt).
Please bring a blanket, towel, or pillow.
All levels are welcome.
You will be standing up or sitting/laying on the floor for portions of the class.
Posture 101 will benefit you if you want to improve your mood, posture, balance, and flexibility By using the breath and stretching and strengthening exercises, you will be able to identify and improve imbalances in your body. Use self-inquiry to notice where you are at and where you want to be. Expect to realize what it feels like to have an upright posture.
You will need a space to work. Please or bring a pillow and a blanket or large towel. You will need something like a strap, from your home. If you want a chair, have one nearby.
All levels are welcome.
