Have Heart

  • When you’re unhappy with the way something is going
  • When you’re stuck in some part of your life
  • If you’re feeling Covid fatigue
  • When you feel or think negative thoughts and emotions
  • If feeling overwhelmed has become a common occurrence
  • When self-pity takes over the party
  • If you feel on edge
  • When you can’t sleep

Turn to gratitude to lift the emotion. Use gratitude to bring you back into balance. Feel gratitude inside you rather than just making a list – root your gratitude and let it grow instead of remaining shallow.

Don’t judge yourself, share yourself with others, and make your life a better place to be.

Who do you want to be?

What gives you joy?

What gifts have you been given?

Where do you find gratitude – in every day deeds and loving kindness, in your heart?

Where do you feel gratitude in your body?

Think about what you do have in your life instead of what you don’t have or what you fear will happen.

Be still and listen to the quiet voice inside yourself.

Sometimes it’s hard to know what to be grateful for, but you’ll find it and know it.
